(My Order) When Will My Order Ship-
We begin fulfillment when your order is received. Please allow 2-3 days for your order(s) to be processed. However, we do our best to expedite and ensure it's processed fastest manner by our team. Beauty Crush Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE/RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages, or for any delay in transit time caused by the carrier or its shipping operations. Please allow 4-5 days for processing during High Peak seasons/Holiday Seasons.
Track My Order-
After your Order has shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking Number for your package. Based on carrier, you will be able to track and locate your package transit and progress.
International Shipping, Except UK or EU-
Please Note*-Delivery time and process can vary greatly depending on the country's customs and border inspection procedures. We disclose the full contents of package. We are NOT responsible for Customs clearance Delays or Compliance, Missed Delivery, and Missing Items/Packages. IMPORTANT: If your item is missing or showing in transit but not located, please Contact your local Carrier to Confirm the status and Update of where the package is. Depending on your carrier choice, we may be limited in our ability to track missing parcels fully once they leave the United States. Therefore, we Highly Recommend adding insurance and Signature Delivery Receipt to your shipping option during checkout. This will ensure the package will be tracked and signed for upon delivery at your destination.
Returns- Returns are subject to a Restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs. We Do Not Offer Refunds. We offer store credit ONLY for products returned within 10 days after you received it. Product must be unused. Return shipping Costs are your responsibility. Please email us details of your return Before sending the product back.
Reshipping (I Entered Wrong or Incomplete Address)-
We Are NOT Responsible for Incorrectly Entered or Wrong Addresses. Once your order is shipped and fulfilled, it is your responsibility for your package once it's showing in the tracking system as delivered. Please contact your local post office or carrier service to retrieve your package or find it's location. We will however, help you troubleshoot your package location. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for Lost or Stolen items.
Sometimes, packages get damaged in transit to destinations. If your package arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for that. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your product. Please DO NOT DISCARD the products. Please note and follow these steps to resolve:
1. Send us a clear picture of the damages.
2. Allow us 7 days to file a claim with the carrier, once it's approved we will send you a new product.
My Products Arrived Damaged-
We want to know when this happens. Please do not discard any of the items. Take photos and notify us within (3) business days after your products are delivered. Please Note. Damaged products will need to be Returned. PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE USED. This includes Claims of Odor. Our products are made and packaged with an Odorless process. Each Brush is Individually wrapped and protected in our packaging. Spills and storage from shipping carrier may be the cause for odor, but our brushes and packaging do not have a scent or odor and are treated to be odorless. We will review your claim of odor through a thorough process before accepting any claim or accepting a Return for this reason. Once we have your tracking number and show your package has been shipped for your Return Item, we can issue and ship out a replacement product. Please allow up to 3 days after we receive shipping confirmation before we will ship replacement package. To Return damaged items, please email us: email@example.com and we will provide you with Shipping Address to Return items. Terms of Damaged Items policy subject to management discretion.
All our items are packaged and shipped with Tracking. We will need to confirm the REASON your item is missing. If your item is missing, We recommend you contact the carrier and request an investigation to locate and confirm where the parcel may be. Please allow time for this process, and rest assured we will be in communication with you throughout the process. Please Note: We are Not responsible for Missing Items once Shipping & Tracking has confirmed delivery. We will do everything we can to assist in helping you to locate the package.
